Try Gumtree.com for rentals/sharing...

You'll be lucky to get anything near to E&Y's offices for less thatn 500 pcm.

Welcome to SE1!

Makes the point... I doubt you could get a room share for 200 per month in most of SE1. A house share seems to start at around 100 pw if you're lucky (maybe + bills).

Move a little bit futher out, OP. Try Walworth (SE17) or Rotherhithe (SE16), still mostly walking distance of E&Y (unless you wear very high heels). Ex local authority flats represent good value.

Mapmaker,

i think its a good thought. im actually moving on 13th July. i dont mind any place unless is near to E&Y and walkable or few minutes away. Do let me know if you have any apartment in mind from next week.

As suggested, try Gumtree. These would be OK - "Elephant & Castle" probably 20 minutes walk from E&Y. Location-wise, look for Elephant & Castle; Bermondsey; Borough; Rotherhithe, SE1, SE16, SE17, Old Kent Road.
