Psychotherapist Hartmut Wuebbeler opened Space to be - Holistic Clinics Network at the London Bridge end of Borough High Street two years ago.
On that June day he bought a picture in nearby Hay's Galleria which he placed on the wall of his minimalist consulting room. This is a calm oasis behind the busy street and the artwork is called 'Transformation through partial understanding'.
Hartmut already had a degree in biology from a German university before graduating from Imperial College. Afterwards his interest in complementary therapies led him to undertake a series of courses. He trained for five years in Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy which was developed by the Norwegian psychologist and physiotherapist Gerda Boyesen. Hartmut is on the staff of the London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy.
The London Bridge address is now just one of a growing central London network of therapy rooms run as holistic clinics offering a range of complementary therapies, counselling and psychotherapy including aromatherapy, Biodymanic Psychotherapy, Biodynamic massage, counselling, holistic massage, Reiki, reflexology and yoga.
All the practitioners are carefully chosen by Hartmut who as director is keen for colleagues to both share a communal viewpoint and flexibility which means that clients, who can be adults, children or even babies, are often seen in the evenings or at weekends. A recent inovation is a corporate scheme for companies.
