Superman Returns at the IMAX

Featuring the hitherto unknown Brandon Routh as the Man of Steel, the plot centres on Superman's return to Earth after an unexplained 5-year absence. His return, however, is not as straightforward as he would have hoped. Time has moved on, people have learned to live without a superhero and the woman of his dreams, Lois Lane (played by Kate Bosworth), is now engaged to be married and with a young son. Arch-rival Lex Luther's release from prison and his new mission to take over the world only adds to his misery.

The film's special effects really are impressive, and will certainly make this film the big action hit of the summer. 20 minutes of the film have been exclusively formatted into 3D giving IMAX viewers an amazing viewing experience.
