Drop in to the Rake for a business breakfast

London SE1 website team

Better Bankside has launched a series of informal breakfasts at The Rake pub to enable businesses to hear about the benefits of joining its Business Club.

The Rake

Better Bankside's Business Club offers a programme of seminars and other events, as well as a place in the online business directory.

Membership is free to businesses which pay the BID levy to Better Bankside. For all other companies in the Bankside area there is an annual fee of £50 for those with three or fewer staff and £100 for more than three staff.

At the 'drop in' breakfasts visitors can meet Club members and hear more about events and the benefits of being a member. A popular annual event is the Budget briefing where a top FT journalist gives a reaction to the Chancellor's Budget statement and reflects on possible consequences for different local businesses.

The free coffee and croisssants breakfasts are being held between 8.30am and 9.30am on the next three Tuesdays 20 March, 27 March and 3 April at The Rake, the newly opened bar in Borough Market's Winchester Walk.
