A small child was taken to hospital on Thursday afternoon after a strip of decorative render fell onto the pavement from the top of a house on Southwark Bridge Road.
The incident happened at about 2.30pm at the junction of Southwark Bridge Road and Marshalsea Road.
London Ambulance Service sent a car, a paramedic on a motorcycle and an ambulance to the scene.
The child – who is not believed to be seriously injured – and two adults were taken to hospital.
