The FA Cup Final match ball was displayed on the South Bank on Saturday morning as part of an event to celebrate the 90th anniversary of Wembley Stadium.
Wembley will host the FA Cup Final on 11 May when Wigan Athletic take on Manchester City.
On Saturday the match ball was delivered to Wembley at the end of a cross-London tour from the Oval cricket ground at Kennington where the first cup final was played in February 1872.
The tour included a stop at the base of the London Eye on the South Bank where tourists and passers-by were invited to have their photo taken with the retired FA Cup trophy which was contested between 1911 and 1991.
