Bus route 95 recreated with vintage RTW vehicles
Vintage buses carried passengers through the streets of SE1 on Saturday.
RTW buses in Newington Causeway
Part of the old 95 bus route was recreated on Saturday with vintage buses carrying passengers free of charge between Southwark Bridge and Tooting Broadway.
The buses travelled via Southwark Bridge Road, Marshalsea Road, Borough High Street, Newington Causeway, Elephant & Castle and Newington Butts.
The event was held to mark the 50th anniversary of the withdrawal of the RTW buses from route 95.
