The Brigade Bar and Restaurant is setting the London restaurant scene on fire.

It's located in the old fire station built following 1861's Tooley Street fire which led to the creation of the first London fire brigades. Today the fire is within and this wonderful old building burns with a passion for food. It offers you a bar, bistro, private dining and cook school.

Together with the Beyond Food Foundation and its founder Simon Boyle, Brigade offers vulnerable people catering apprenticeships, giving them tools for a brighter future.
