Holistic Therapy Day

Some of London's finest alternative therapy practitioners will be offering a wide range of luxury treatments at low prices for one day only.

Therapies on offer will include: Acupressure, Acupuncture, Ayuvedic Massage, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Hand massage, Homeopathy, Life Coaching, Shiatsu, Tui Na, Polarity Technique, Tai Chi/Chi Kung, Meditation, and Yoga.

Taster sessions can either be booked in advance or on the day, and are priced at £8 for a 20 minute session.

Meditation, yoga, Tai Chi/Chi Kung classes will also be held, lasting between for either 30 mins (£4) or an hour (£8).

Light refreshments including a full range of teas, coffee and fresh home-made soup will be served throughout the day. Creche available.
