Specials: Business Breakfast Briefing

The London Bridge Business Improvement District Company and the Metropolitan Police are working together to reduce crime in the London Bridge area, and are looking to recruit more special constables from amongst the business community.

Special Constables, or 'Specials', are trained volunteers who work with and support the local police force. They can come from all walks of life – teachers, nurses, accountants, secretaries and shop staff - and once trained have the same powers as a regular police officer, and wear a similar uniform.

You are invited to attend a business briefing to find out more about the benefits of helping members of your staff to become special constables, and how this can benefit both your business and the local communities in and around your business district.
