Shell Centre Draft Masterplan Exhibition

The next round of consultation exhibitions and workshops will offer another chance for local residents, businesses and visitors to the South Bank to share their views on the mixed use redevelopment of the Shell Centre site.

Local people are being asked to share their views on the draft masterplan for the site, which is being developed by joint venture partners Canary Wharf Group plc and Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company.

The proposals will incorporate the existing tower and a new office building for Shell, with Shell's entire UK workforce expected to return to the site following the redevelopment.

Led by stakeholder consultants Soundings, the workshops and public exhibitions are designed to enable open discussions about the draft masterplan for the development, which will inform a briefing from the community to the developers.

Townshend Landscape Architects were recently announced as the landscape architects for the site and will work alongside the masterplanner, Squire and Partners, on the redevelopment.
