Housing charity Shelter is calling on Gordon Brown to address homelessness and bad housing by mounting a 30-metre interactive 'Wall of Shame' on the South Bank.
They are inviting members of the public to transform the white 'Wall of Shame' into a red 'Wall of Hope' using hundreds of red brick stickers customised with their signatures.
