Linden Homes has recently bought Mabel Goldwin House, Evelyn Coyle House and Gibson House from Southwark Council and is in the early stages of developing proposals for the site at the junction of Grange Walk and The Grange.
Linden Homes says it is planning "a high-quality residential scheme with
a mixture of private and affordable homes".
Ben Johnson, senior planning manager, said: "We would like to invite you to a public exhibition to see these proposals.
"This will be an opportunity to view our initial ideas for the site's redevelopment and for us to hear your views."
