The Malcolm Sargent Festival Choir presents a Remembrance Day Concert to honour the fallen in conflict and all those who continue to suffer from its impact.
The programme includes Gustav Holst's Ode To Death, written after World War I to mark the waste of life and futility of war, and Brahms' song of lamentation Nänie. The concert reaches its climax with a performance of Fauré's Requiem.
