The Grand Iftar

Bankside Residents' Forum invites local residents to take part in an iftar (a meal to break the Ramadan fast after sunset).

The event is being held to promote social cohesion and tolerance.

People of all faiths and those who are non-religious are invited to attend the event.

Representatives from various faiths and non religious people will speak and read poems at the event.

A culturally diverse selection of food will be available.

There will also be the chance to take part in the Southwark Banner project.
