Bee Day - honey tasting, bee hive demo - highlighting the importance of bees surviving in our environment and promoting the health benefits of eating honey

This is a demonstrative session, so this particular workshop doesn't involve any 'Making'. Instead, participants can drop by for the chance to see a mini hive and meet Bee Keeper Dale Gibson and his wife, who will deliver the Honey Tasting part of the workshop.

Dale has a hive on top of the Hilton London Bankside and is producing Bermondsey Street Honey at the moment.
