Wabi Shebele is a fully air-conditioned Ethiopian traditional restaurant and bar with live traditional music every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, and traditional dancers every Sunday night. The food is authentically made with all the main spices imported from Ethiopia. The dishes are characterised by the variety of spices used to give them their exotic flavour. All Ethiopian dishes are served with Enjera, a soft pancake type bread freshly baked in the premises. The chef's special is Kitfo lean minced beef prepared with special Ethiopian butter, raw, medium or well done, served with spinach and cottage cheese.
Kesintu Dejene performs Ethiopian traditional and modern music. Hani performs tigregna music with kirar (hand made traditional sound system). Keyboard player Dawit and dancers Eskedar and Daniel will also perform.
