The Village Fete

London South Bank University is bringing the countryside to the inner city.

Keyworth Street will be closed to traffic and turfed with lush green grass for an afternoon of traditional village fete activities and free entertainment with an urban edge.

The event will be a unique blend of contemporary world music, traditional activities and games for the whole family.

Lots of stalls from local organisations.

Why not come along and try your hand at the strength tester or test your skills at the coconut shy?

For those with a curious streak there will also be a range of interactive educational activities including a chance to explore a mock forensic crime scene.
