BNI is a business referral organisation (with many thousands of members) providing a structured, supportive, business environment in which local business people can get together to network, learn valuable new marketing skills and develop the strong personal relationships that lead to trust and the consequent generation of significant business for each other.
Being an active member of the BNI is like having up to 40 sales people working for you, because your fellow members will be carrying your cards and referring your business to people they meet, without you having to pay them any salaries or commission.
The local chapter - called enterpriseBNI - meets every Thursday morning from 6.30 am upstairs at The Market Porter pub in Stoney Street. They are always happy to welcome visitors and potential members, who will have an opportunity to promote their businesses.
On 13 March the local chapter is holding a special visitors' day at the Novotel London City South for prospective members to find out more.
