Wii Fit launch

The South Bank plays host to the launch of Nintendo Wii Fit, so if you're interested in trying your hand at 'exergaming' then head down to the Riverside walkway and try out Wii Fit before it's available in the shops.

Whether it's high intensity muscle conditioning, gentle yoga or some fun hula hooping there will be a series of classes running throughout the day that will show you why Nintendo's Wii Fit is set to be the fitness hit of the summer, with some celebrity help from Nell McAndrew, Gabby Logan and her hubby Kenny.
