Wine Tasting

Taste six different and exiting wines during a discussion with Damian Tillson of Sotheby's Wine Department, whilst sampling dishes from Tsuru's Ippin Ryouri (Japanese tapas) menu.

Japanese food is notoriously difficult to match with wine, making for an interesting discussion. Some wines have been chosen to emulate the delicate flavours of sushi dishes and others to stand up to the more robust textures and flavours in katsu curry and teriyaki sauce.
