Southwark-based Illuminate Productions is creating the first major river-based contemporary art exhibition in London.

The installations include the recreation of the old Blackfriars Railway Bridge through laser light, mythical creatures swimming in the river at twilight at London Bridge and the sounds of a phantom beach echoing around the Millennium Bridge.

Bringing together a wide range of high-profile international artists, galleries, collectors, and art enthusiasts, DRIFT 08 will provide an exciting and inspiring spectacle at the cutting edge of contemporary art.
