Shakespeare's comedy runs the gamut of pastoral romance: cross-dressing and love notes; poetry and brilliant conversation; gentle satire, slapstick and passion.
Thea Sharrock - who has become a big name in the theatre world since her stint as artistic director of Southwark Playhouse - makes her Globe directorial debut.
Cast includes Naomi Frederick and Laura Rogers.
This production will evoke traditional staging and costume.
