Fun Family Walk
The Ramblers' Association is calling on everyone to join in national Get Walking Day 09.
A free fun family walk will take place along the South Bank taking in the National Theatre and the London Eye.
Free walking goodies and refreshments for all.
"Get Walking Day is a wonderful opportunity to get out and explore your local area while at the same time discovering the joy of walking," says Kirsten Hubmann.
"It's about all sorts of people doing all sorts of walking in all sorts of places.
"It's not about sticking to a tough exercise project but about seeing how easy it can be to include walking in your everyday activities and in turn look and feel better."
