The Dean and Chapter of Southwark have extended a welcome to Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai of Zimbabwe.
Following prayers for the people of Zimbabwe led by the Dean, the Very Revd Colin Slee, Mr Tsvangirai will address Zimbabweans and their friends in Southwark Cathedral.
The Diocese of Southwark is closely linked to four of the Anglican Church's dioceses in Zimbabwe.
Mr Tsvangirai is visiting several governments to build relationships that may be helpful to the recovery of Zimbabwe.
