Christmas Chocolate Festival

The Chocolate Festival returns to Southbank Centre just in time for Christmas shopping with even more chocolatiers, Christmas gift ideas and demonstrations.

The Festival consists of dozens of stalls, all individually focused on chocolate - whether it is making it, drinking it, shaping it or eating it. Look out for kits to make raw chocolate at home, hot chocolate and even chocolate-infused savoury treats.

This three-day free event includes a range of workshops and demonstrations where visitors get the chance to make chocolate truffles from raw cocoa, watch master chocolatiers in action, such as Best British Chocolatier 2009 William Curley, Damian Allsop and Paul Wayne Gregory, learn about the health benefits of chocolate and learn how to include chocolate in savoury dishes. Attendees can also browse an array of tempting chocolate books and meet the authors at signings.
