One Tower Bridge Public Exhibition

A public exhibition of the updated plans for the One Tower Bridge development on the former coach park site next to Potters Fields Park.

Berkeley Homes has been working closely with Southwark Council since March 2008 to create a proposal which reflects the aspirations of local residents and provides new housing and cultural space.

You may have attended the previous exhibition which was held in December 2008.

Following feedback from the public, the architects Squire and Partners have been improving the proposed design and have also extended the development area to include land next to Tower Bridge Road. However, this will be subject of a separate planning application.

At the exhibition - held in the old St Olave's School - you will be able to view plans, display boards and a model of the proposals. Representatives from Southwark Council, Berkeley Homes, Squire and Partners and Barton Willmore will be available to answer any questions and explain the proposals in detail.
