Curator and writer Tim Marlow chairs a panel of provocative speakers including Janet Street-Porterl artist Marc Quinn; new director of the Cultural Olympiad Ruth Mackenzie; cultural commentator and curator Gus Casely-Hayford; Director of Public Space for CABE, Sarah Gaventa; and the former Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Sir Ian Blair.
