About this role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to join Coin Street. This role is responsible for leading and line managing the Help Desk team and providing a friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable front of house service to users of the Coin Street neighbourhood centre and all those enquiring about Coin Street products and services.

This role requires someone with flexibility to be able to accommodate a shift pattern within Help Desk operating hours (7:30am to 6:30pm), and some later evening and occasional weekend work.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Proven experience of more than three years in a public-facing customer service role for a similar organisation.
• Proven experience of delivering customer service to the highest standard
• Experience of people and team management.
