Non-binary person, mid-50s
Enjoys drag, performance and drawing – also a podcaster
Lives with a cat called Fred
Works too hard (and so struggles with identifying stressors)
Works mostly from home, in a full-time senior management role
Has complex PTSD, causing issues with scheduling, time management and admin

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Supporting to set a schedule
Supporting to manage meeting requests
Supporting with admin, especially phone calls
Supporting to identify stressors and prompt me with self-care around these stressors

This role will be flexible; duties may change week to week, around my schedule and needs. The role will be predominantly remote working, with some occasional face-to-face work.

Induction: Full training on remote working systems within the context of my job, and pairing with colleagues to understand schedule complexities.

Hours: Flexible work hours will be mutually agreed, maximum 8 hours per week.

Pay: £20/hour

Confident with Zoom/Teams, calendar, email and other remote working systems
Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR
Good written English
Reliable, punctual, able to work independently
Able to build relationships based on trust and respect
Positive, honest, non-judgemental, good sense of humour
Good listener and communicator
Flexible, adaptable, easy-going
Understands equality and diversity
Understands C-PTSD and triggers, and able to support people with mental health issues
