Breakfast Assistant is responsible for the delivery of food service, including the seating of the customers, settings up and clearing in the food service areas
Every day duties will include:
-Welcome the guests and establish a good relationship with them
-Take the order from the customers
-Seat the guest according to his/her wishes and availability in the Restaurant
-Ensures that the welcome is personalised with each guest where possible.
-Make recommendations from the menu for the guests.
-Forward complaints to his/her immediate manager or deal immediately with the complaints, using initiative and common sense.
-Have an extensive knowledge of the key services offered by the hotel. Ensure that the guest is informed and is encouraged to use them during their stay.
-Experience in a customer contact position.
-Experience in a similar environment would be an advantage.
-Adaptable and flexible.
-Team spirit.
-Ability to listen.
-Attention to detail.
