The role is a vital front-of-house position encompassing all main reception duties - telephone answering, message taking, meeting/greeting guests, conference room set up, ordering/managing supplies, incoming/outgoing post, etc. In addition the role supports both the main office/studio and the marketing director with administrative and tasks such as typing, diary/calendar management, ordering, internet research, etc. etc.
The role requires an enthusiastic and friendly individual with good spoken, organisational and IT skills.
Must have previous experience of at least 1 year within a similar role.
