About this role

he role involves:
Raising and posting of invoices/ payments on Sage Line 50
Reconciling of bank accounts/ sales/ purchase accounts, credit card and expenses accounts
Controlling all credit control functions
Dealing with customer queries
Preparing and carrying out supplier payment runs by cheque and Bacs
Preparing and posting journals on Sage for accounts
Preparing VAT returns
Year End Accounts
Assisting in management reports including profit and loss sheets
PAYE
Monthly CIS Tax returns

Person description

Candidates need to be fully qualified, ideally have 5 years bookkeeper / accountant experience with strong Sage Line 50 skills and be organised. This role would suit anyone who is flexible and enjoys working in a small, friendly & dynamic office environment. Hours will be about 20 to 30 hours a week but these will be flexible.
