Bar Supervisor

This is a newly openedhotel with great aspirations, we are looking for the perfect team to work towards making these aspirations a reality.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To control and manage the day to day running of your specific area when the bar manager is off.
• To be fully aware of the days’ events and able to respond promptly to the needs of your customers.
• Liaising with and motivating your team to ensure that the customers are dealt with to the company’s standard and the customer’s satisfaction.
• To create excellent relations with all customers.
• To control and monitor the use of the tills, monies and cashing up
• To ensure all new team members are given a thorough induction to their job and the company.
• To monitor performance of your team.
• To ensure a high standard of personal and general cleanliness and hygiene and maintain a professional appearance to comply with statutory and company regulations.
• To report and where possible, take action about customer or client complaints or compliments.
• To carry out any reasonable request by Management.
