Area Fundraising Manager - London

RNLI

c.£22,100 + inner London allowance + £1,520 disturbance allowance

Full time

About this role

The areas of Central London and the City of London are particularly beneficial. In the last year, these two branches raised over £650,000 for our highly rewarding cause. You'll be supporting and servicing these, as well as working with and developing smaller branches and committees around this region. It's all about being on hand to answer enquiries, helping to plan and promote events, driving forward appeals and ensuring that the time, input and generosity these people give never goes unnoticed.

Person description

You'll be a real people person and an absolute natural when it comes to forging and establishing strong working relationships with people at all levels. This will be matched with exceptional organisational and event management skills, meaning you'll be confident at arranging and promoting anything from a sponsored walk to a high profile, black tie ball. This is likely to have been gained in a large charity organisation. The flexibility to work evenings and weekends will also be essential.

Use your proven fundraising skills and understanding of the charity sector to help save lives at sea.
