Neighbourhood Care Project Worker

The successful candidate will support a befriending service for older, isolated housebound people in Southwark.They will publicise the project, provide the project with administrative support, ensure regular referrals are made, assess potential service users and support them

One years recent experience working with older people. One years recent experience working with volunteers. Recent experience of working at a charity. Administration duties. Able to carry out risk assessments.Knowledge of mental and physical disabilities,services available to older people,legislation, safeguarding and elder abuse.
