We are a natural health company in a very niche market looking for someone with experience in our industry who can multi task and help to run our small operation in London. The position is full time and the salary is £20k.
The person required ideally has experience in Complimentary Health Care
The job requires:
• Taking and processing orders daily to dispatch
• Organised and methodical with attention to detail
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Sage) Experience with some graphics)
• Good phone manner Good interaction with suppliers, customers + professionals
• Good operational administration (stock control, stationary, equipment)
• Able to write copy and originate ideas Organise events and liaise with PR
• Customer care skills and enthused attitude
• Aware of Margins
• Good memory for Details
• Instigate sales over the phone
• Able to work with own initiative
• Organised with follow through
