Front of House & Bar Manager

The Front of House & Bar Manager is a primary point of contact for all the public users of the building - being responsible for the quality of the experience for visitors coming in to the theatre.

With a strong customer services emphasis the Front of House & Bar Manager should ensure that patrons have the best possible welcome when coming to the theatre.

As well as customer service, the Front of House & Bar Manager needs to have a strong sales focus to maximise income in both the FoH and Bar areas.

The Front of House & Bar Manager will need to hold a Personal License and be fully aware of the conditions of the Theatre's Premises License and ensure that these conditions are observed at all times.

Southwark Playhouse operates 7 days a week. While the Front of House & Bar Manager will not be required to work all days/nights, she/he will be responsible for the adequate staffing of the theatre at all times when it is in use.
