Merchandiser

Borough Market is looking to recruit a part-time salesperson for its own merchandise stall in the Market. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the salesperson will be responsible for the promotion and sale of a range of Borough Market branded merchandise including shopping bags and aprons.
The merchandiser will be based in the Market and will be required to fully set up and re-stock the stall in addition to the usual sales duties.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic with a flexible, positive attitude, proven sales experience and will enjoy working autonomously. Experience with cash handling is required.

An interest in Borough Market and/or working in a market environment is essential for this role, as are good communication and interpersonal skills.
