Part-time, open contract
We are seeking a professional and organised Office Administrator to ensure the coordination and the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of a busy office. Duties include providing secretarial, administrative and IT support, organising meetings, booking travel and accommodation, operating the telephone system and maintaining Health & Safety standards.
The role will be initially primarily based in Waterloo, with a requirement to work across other London offices as appropriate. This is a permanent, part time position working two days (15 hours) per week.
An excellent communicator and with an outgoing and friendly manner, you will have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and be experienced in providing administrative support.
