up to £25,000, plus 7% pension
Full-time, permanent (25 - 37.5 hr, pro rata)
Responsible for managing existing projects, developing new projects, and providing management support to the Group including staff, ITC & finance.
You should have experience in project management and working with communities and volunteers, managing budgets and fundraising, developing strategic partnerships, and managing successful teams with an interest in regeneration.
We are looking for a talented and dynamic assistant director with excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability in community engagement.
WCDG is the Waterloo community's land planning group. It has been active since 1972.
The aim of the group is to work with and for the local residents to maintain and develop a healthy and sustainable community, for more land for homes and essential amenities such as shops and open space, for the benefit of present and future generations.
WCDG offers advice and support to individuals and organisations on development proposals and planning applications.
WCDG holds public meetings every 6 weeks to consider development proposals and other projects.
