Communications Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a flair for creative thinking and a passion for digital media to assist the busy communications and information team at Coin Street Community Builders on London’s South Bank.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount.  Experience of working in marketing and PR would be beneficial but is not essential.   

You will get to work across a mix of the diverse activities at Coin Street, as part of a proactive, enthusiastic and dedicated team.

Coin Street Community Builders (CSCB) is a not-for-profit social enterprise and development trust responsible for developing and managing a significant part of London’s South Bank. The 13-acre estate includes designer-maker studios, exhibition spaces, cafes, bars and restaurants, parks, the riverside walkway, award winning housing and a regular programme of events and festivals.

The Coin Street neighbourhood centre brings together our family & children centre, community programmes and learning & enterprise support facilities, providing offices for our staff, restaurant, and extensive conference and meeting facilities. Our services for families & children include childcare, early years education, holiday play scheme, parent support courses and workshops, training and employment programme and free family drop-ins.
