About this role


Home Jane is a team of 60 all female decorators, plumbers, electricians and general handy ladies working across London, with an office where we co-ordinate all the work in Borough.

We're looking for a new Customer Service Manager who can start ... today if you like... and who can hit the ground running.

You need to get a buzz out of making customers happy.

You need to be a champion juggler - taking calls from prospective customers one minute, matching them up to the right tradesperson, on the right day, at the right time (and the right address!). The next minute you could be making calls to all the people who's work has just been completed to make sure they're happy and everything went smoothly.

Then you may be interviewing a new potential tradeswoman to see whether you think they're up to the Home Jane standards. And all the time you're checking to see that everything's going according to plan with the live projects that are underway - and thinking about what's coming up.

This is a full time position.

You'll be supported by one and sometimes two other people, who will be there to help you make sure that things run smoothly and that customers are looked after properly.

You'll be great on the phone, brilliantly organised, and very self-sufficient.
