Full-Time - Fixed Term 9 Months
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience of reception work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in dealing with external companies – cleaning, stationery, local councils
Accurate record keeping of admin tasks including petty cash, booking travel, ordering stationery and franking machine
Experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
An interest in and some understanding of the voluntary sector (desirable)

Depaul UK are looking for a full time receptionist/administrator to be the front of house person at their Central Administration Office in London.
Depaul UK helps young people around the UK who are homeless, vulnerable and disadvantaged.
