Joining our Public Realm Department, you'll provide effective administrative and secretarial support to the Team. This will include assisting with key projects and programmes
This is a full time post at £15,200 per annum pro rata. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Holiday allowance is 25 days per annum on a pro rata basis.
Able to handle all enquiries promptly and efficiently from a broad spectrum of people, including MPs, local council members and the public, you'll also know how to run diaries, compile reports, organise and record complex meetings. With a good standard of education or equivalent, you must already have a proven track record in a similar role. Here, you'll have developed excellent organisational skills, the ability to work unsupervised and a strong attention to detail.
With a thorough understanding of the MS Office Suite you'll be naturally flexible in your approach and always able to handle documentation professionally and confidentially. In addition you must have excellent communications skills and be able to work well with senior personnel.
