Help Desk Team Leader

About this role

As Coin Street’s front of house and information ‘hub’, our busy help desk team is responsible for providing a welcoming, efficient and effective service to our customers. We are seeking a motivated and experienced team leader able to actively lead and manage the team to ensure excellent levels of customer service are maintained. The role requires liaison across all teams within the organisation; ensuring an appropriate level of staffing of the help desk at the neighbourhood centre is maintained and maximising available cover. You will have excellent communication and people skills and proven ability to support, develop, motivate and delegate within a team. The hours for this role are for an afternoon/evening shift [Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 1.00- 9.30pm; Thursday and Friday at 11.00am-7.30 pm]. The centre is open early to late every day, therefore the candidate is required to be flexible with his/her working hours.
