About this role

Service/maintenance company looking for an admin assistant who will work alongside our Managing Director and Operations Manager who are currently drowning in admin.

This will be a newly created job role where you will be involved in all aspects of the day to day runnings, whether that be dealing with telephone/email enquiries, filing, invoicing, data inputting or booking in maintenance visits with our clients and liaising with our engineers.

Person description

This job role will be very varied so we are looking for someone who is happy to take on anything and has some admin/customer service experience. A clear and polite telephone manner is essential as well as some knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

As this is a new role we have decided to offer it as a part time role to begin with however after the 3 month period it could turn into a full-time position for the right candidate or a job share.
