About this role

Can you use your highly effective communication skills and office experience to help our Complaints and Arbitration service provide an excellent service for our customers?

You'll provide high quality admin support to a team dealing with a variety of services, including the Arbitration process, Freedom of Information Requests and complaints relating to a range of Council departments. Key tasks will include general admin support, arranging arbitration panels, raising SAP payments and supporting the team with answering complaints.

Person description

The role calls for all-round office skills, including previous experience of using computer packages, processing post and other communications and maintaining both IT and paper-based systems. You should also be capable of prioritising your own workload to deadlines, communicating with a wide range of people and delivering a customer-focused service.
