6 months fixed term contract
We need a positive, proactive person to ensure our customer experience division receives an excellent clerical and administrative support service. You'll be responsible for supervising and motivating staff, setting and monitoring performance targets and identifying training needs. We'll also look to you to provide an effective financial support function, develop new systems and manage the division's financial arrangements [including processing invoices].
The role calls for a sound grasp of information systems and Microsoft Office suite. To this you’ll add
experience of managing and developing staff to deliver consistent performance and strong succession planning skills. You should also be capable of working on your own initiative, leading by example and setting high professional standards.
