£8 or £9 an hour (depending on experience)
3 days a week 8.30am-3pm ideally Mon/Wed/Fri
Main aims of post – Contribute to maximising the use of WAC premises in line with WAC aims and objectives
Maintain and display calendar of bookings; taking and adding further bookings and keeping Premises Manager and Finance worker appropriately informed.
Contribute to a positive relationship between hall hirers, potential hall hirers and WAC.
Support reception volunteers so they contribute to bookings and well being of hall hire users
Deputise for Premises Manager in his absence.
